A global app launch and multi-year membership strategy introducing Confirmed to the world, starting in North America.

We partnered with Adidas Confirmed to design a multi-year roadmap and build an evergreen approach to scale reward mechanics — spanning a full marketing strategy, messaging ecosystem, asset design, and execution across .com, social, and cultural media. Through design and user research we identified new opportunities to deepen the relationship between member and brand, creating exclusive member experiences including Golden Ticket, Tarot Cards, and Members Week that drove record member engagement.

Production scope: Global app launch production, multi-channel marketing execution, member experience development, asset and UI production, and cross-channel rollout across .com, social, and cultural media.
