Through strategy workshops and creative sprints, we developed a unique brand identity and compelling design direction, and essential assets that bring the program to life. The work included a comprehensive toolkit and detailed usage guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, from visuals and tone to experiences and rewards. The result is a cohesive membership program that not only attracts and engages members but also reinforces Birkenstock’s ethos across every interaction.
