A permanent immersive arrivals experience designed to position Abu Dhabi as a premier destination from the moment visitors land.
In collaboration with Abu Dhabi Tourism, we crafted a permanent arrivals experience that immerses travellers from the moment they land. Spanning interactive installations, engaging kiosks, and relaxed transit setups, each designed to showcase the city's attractions, hospitality, and vibrance.
I led senior production alongside a team of producers, working directly with Abu Dhabi Tourism stakeholders across the full build - from physical hardware installation and kiosk builds to content, sound design, and creative execution. I also independently produced the creative and development of an AI companion integrated into the transit kiosks, bringing an additional layer of intelligent, personalised interaction to the user experience.
Soaring Over Abu Dhabi
On a separate project, we also partnered with the Abu Dhabi Tourism Board to produce an immersive experience for Chinese mall-goers - enabling them to explore some of the city's best attractions. Housed within a purpose-built UAE-inspired structure in one of Shanghai's most popular malls, a steady stream of curious participants was guaranteed. Watching a 180° dome-shaped screen while strapped into motion seats, our audience embarked on an exhilarating 4D journey, witnessing Abu Dhabi from a soaring falcon's perspective.
We also created a WeChat Mini Program providing visitors with the opportunity to book tickets to ride, find more information and even pose with a virtual falcon to share the experience with friends and family.The experience racked up over 3,200 visitors, with 150 early birds winning ticket discounts for an actual visit to Abu Dhabi.
